The first part of the EAAE Council Elections took place at the General Meeting during the Annual Conference of the EAAE 2024 in Münster, Germany on Friday 30.08.2024 at 3.30 pm.
The President and one Council member were chosen and one Council member was re-elected.

According to the results of this Election, a call for Elections for Vice President and one Council Member is now launched.

The Election will be held ONLINE via Zoom during the Extraordinary General Meeting from Friday 15 November at 4.30 pm (CET) online.

Dag Boutsen, EAAE Treasurer, will be the head of the Election Committee.
Votes will be collected by Mentimeter (online voting by phone).

The President of the EAAE calls for candidates from all full members schools under the following conditions:

The candidates’ applications must be submitted to the EAAE secretariat (secretariat@eaae.be) in PDF
format before Friday 11.10.2024, 8 am (CET). The applications must include:

• a full CV
• a written rationale expressing background and intentions (500 words max) and a personal statement (approx. 300 words) regarding the duties related to each function(art. 24-27 in the Statutes)
• a supporting declaration of the school for his/her/their candidacy, which also confirms the resources for attendance at council meetings (monthly online), conferences, etc.

All full member schools of EAAE, which fulfilled all membership duties (art. 8), may vote directly.
