EAAE Extraordinary General Meeting, Friday 15.11.2024, 4.30 pm (CET), Online

The first part of the EAAE Council Elections took place at the General Meeting during the Annual Conference of the EAAE 2024 in Münster, Germany on Friday 30.08.2024 at 3.30 pm.
The President and one Council member were chosen and one Council member was re-elected.

According to the results of this Election, a call for candidates for Vice President and one Council Member is now launched and the candidates will be voted during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday 15 November at 4.30 pm (CET), online.

Practicalities

Admittance

Only full members who have paid their annual contribution by 30 June 2024 have voting right at the General Meeting. Per member school only one official representative can be registered and participate in the Assembly. Associated members can participate but are not entitled to vote.

Proxy

Voting by proxy online is not possible.

Quorum

Quorum is established by the participation or representation of one third of the full members at the Extraordinary General Meeting. Decisions are made by simple majority of the full members present or represented.
