In memoriam: Johan Verbeke

“It is with sorrow the EAAE received the news of Johan Verbeke passing away.

Johan Verbeke was an important part of the EAAE Council, He headed the Research Academy of  the EAAE and was building the Academy to become a very significant part of EAAE activities. Johan Verbeke will be remembered in the Schools of Architecture for his consistent and long lasting theoretical works and efforts to develop Research by Design. Our thoughts are with his family.”
